From May 20th to May 23rd, certificates have been awarded to the participants of the next training session on the implementation of the KOHA Automated Library Management System at the Training Center of the Azerbaijan National Library. This training was organized for specialists from the Centralized Library Systems of the Absheron, Khizi, and Eastern Zangezur Regional Cultural Administrations of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Eight specialists participated in the four-day training session from the Centralized Library Systems of Sumqayit city, Absheron, and Khizi districts located under the Absheron-Khizi Regional Cultural Administration of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as from the Centralized Library Systems of Jabrayil, Kalbajar, Qubadli, Lachin, and Zangilan districts located under the Eastern Zangezur Regional Cultural Administration.

Professor Kerim Tahirov, the director of the Azerbaijan National Library, greeted the specialists and discussed the prospects of the KOHA Automated Library Management System. He recommended the specialists who participated in the training to start working immediately and wished them success.

It is worth noting, that within the framework of the training, participants were instructed on the general structure of the program, its modules, individual sections, as well as all operational functions.

At the end, certificates were presented to the participants.
