Registration

Each citizen of Azerbaijan and foreign countries with identification documents (ID)  can use the National Library.. 
The documents listed below are required for the registration:

• - ID cards or passports, military ID cards, driving license;

• - Certificates in higher education or academic degree for the registration to scientific reading halls.
