On 2 February  the director Sandro Teti Editore publishing house Mr Sandro Domenico Teti was in Azerbaijan National Library. The aim of the meeting was to provide Azerbaijan participation in annual International Book Exhibition Fair held Italy, Turin.

Speaking detailed about the book exhibition Mr Teti talked about the importance of this annual international book fair. During the meeting the director of National Library prof. Karim Tahirov appreciated the invitation of Azerbaijan National Library to exhibition fair, and noted that he will do his best in order to promote Azerbaijan in exhibition fair will be opened on May 14.

The Mutual Agreement on Cooperation was signed between Azerbaijan National Library named after M.F.Akhundov and Sandro Teti Publishing House. Under the terms of agreement Sandro Teti Editore Publishing House will arrange  the  exposition area of 50 m2 to Azerbaijan representatives who represent Azerbaijan National Library in 2015 International Turin Book Fair as a “special guest country” and within the exhibition some events will be organized especially book presentations. On behalf of National Library will make contact with management with Turin Book Fair for the organization matters. Mr. Teti will register Azerbaijan as a “Special Guest Country”, manage all problems, deal with the purchase of the area where Azerbaijan side is going to be located, 2 representatives will be involved in this work, during event at the Fair they will provide Azerbaijan Republic delegation with Russian and English speaking assistants.

K. Tahirov notified that we will participate at Fair more than 300 books, The movie will be shown about Azerbaijan during the lasting 4 days of the Fair, 3 new books will be presented, books and booklets about Azerbaijan culture, art, tourism, cuisine, sport and etc. will be handed out during event. During conversation Mr Teti mentioned that the Italians didn`t have any information about the notable peoples such as outstanding Russian musician Mstislav Rostropovich, well-known Soviet physicist, Nobel Laureate Lev Davidovich Landaun their birth place was in Baku. Karim Tahirov ensured that they will bring with themselves the photos and video footages of bas-relief put in front of their houses.
