On December 19, with the aim of improving the work in the Koha Automated Library Management System in public libraries under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the National Library of Azerbaijan invited Turkish experts from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey. The experts included Hulya Dirijan, the head of the Technical Services Department of the Libraries and Publications General Directorate, and her colleagues Farhad Öztürk and Ismail Karaca. They conducted training for the employees of the Ganja City, Naftalan, Dashkasan, Goranboy, Goygol, and Samukh Regional Centralized Library Systems, all of which are under the Ganja-Dashkasan Regional Culture Department.

The training was held at the Central Library of the Ganja City Centralized Library System. During the session, the main operations of the system's modules were explained, problems arising in the work processes were clarified, questions were answered, and recommendations were provided.
