The National Library of Azerbaijan participated online in the XVII International Conference "Central Asia - 2024: Internet and information resources in science, education, culture and business" organized by the National Library of Uzbekistan.

The purpose of holding the conference is to increase the activities of libraries, educational and scientific organizations for effective cooperation in the field of development of electronic information resources in the fields of science, education, culture and business.

At the international conference, Parvana Gurbanova, head of the bibliographic and electronic information service department of the National Library of Azerbaijan, delivered an online report on "Library information service in the National Library of Azerbaijan". In her speech, she informed the participants of the conference about virtual and innovative services, information bases, international relations and other types of services at the National Library of Azerbaijan.
