On December 1, the employers of the National Library prepared a virtual exhibition called "Young writers of Turkish-speaking countries" and an electronic database of the same name.

The virtual exhibition displays the order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on increasing state care for talented young writers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, photos, articles published in periodicals, brief bibliographic information and full-text publications about young writers of Turkic-speaking countries.

The presented electronic database consists of "Official document", "Young authors", "Publications" section. In the "Official document" section, the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan is presented, in the "Young writers" section, brief bibliographic information about the writers and some of their works is presented. The "Publications" section consists of 2 subsections called "Books" and "Articles". The works of young writers presented in the database are provided with their full texts.
