Certificates were presented to the participants of the first training on the implementation of the KOHA Automated Library Management System, which was held from March 11 to 16 at the Training Center of the National Library of Azerbaijan for specialists of mass libraries under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

According to the order of the Ministry of Culture regarding the application of the program, 6-day trainings were organized in the National Library. Republican Youth Library named after J. Jabbarli, Republican Children's Library named after F. Kocherli, Ganja, Lankaran, Shekishahr, Agjabedi, Agstafa, Khachmaz, Agdash, Sabirabad, Bilasuvar, Shamakhi, Astara, Jalilabad, Lerik, Masalli, Yardimli District Centralized Libraries participated in the trainings. A total of 18 specialists from their systems participated.

Director of the National Library of Azerbaijan, prof. Karim Tahirov welcomed the participants and talked about the future prospects of the KOHA Automated Library-Management System, advised the specialists who participated in the training to start work immediately, wished them success, and said that the implementation of this program in libraries under the Ministry of Culture is very important and urgent.

Within the framework of the training, the participants were taught the structure of the program, modules, separate sections, and in general, all work functions.

At the end, certificates were presented to the attendees.
