On March 18, a presentation ceremony of the book "Tale şairi Məmməd İsmayıl  (Poet of Destiny: Mammad Ismail)" written by writer and publicist Turan Ugur was held at the National Library of Azerbaijan under the joint organization of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the National Library. The presentation ceremony was attended by well-known figures of science and culture and Mammad Ismail's daughter Intizar Khanum.

The director of the National Library prof. Karim Tahirov opened the event by greeting the guests, shared his impressions about the talented poet Mammad Ismayil, who has a special place in Azerbaijani poetry. He added that the 85th anniversary of Mammad Ismayil is planned to be held in the National Library of Azerbaijan.

Head of the Department of Book Industry of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Doctor of Philosophy in History, Akif Marifli Mammad Ismaili emphasized that he is a poet-writer who has his own style in Azerbaijani literature.

People's poet, member of Milli Mejlis Sabir Rustamkhanli, department head of Nizami Institute of Literature, Honored Scientist, Professor Gazanfar Pashayev, Deputy Director of Azerbaijan National Encyclopedia Union, Honored Cultural Worker Vagif Bahmanli, Executive Director of National Heritage Cultural Historical Research Fund Asad Aslanoglu, Mammad Ismailin daughter Intizar Khanum, the author of the book, writer and publicist Turan Ugur, spoke about the importance of the book written in the memoir-novel genre, Mammad Ismayil's literary and artistic creativity, scientific activity, and shared their memories about the poet.

During the event, Mammad Ismayil's poems were played, and videos about the writer and poet were shown.
