On March 29, an event was held in the National Library of Azerbaijan on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the birth of Ali Tude (Ali Aligulu oglu Javadzade), a prominent poet-publicist, Honored art worker, jointly organized by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the National Library and the Union of Writers.

Science and culture figures, family members of the writer, well-known public representatives took part in the anniversary event.

The director of the National Library opened the event by greeting the guests, prof. Karim Tahirov noted that Ali Tude is the author of more than 70 books as a prominent representative of modern Azerbaijani literature. Ali teacher's son, Natig Javadzadeh, emphasized that he had printed 20 volumes of the poet's book at his own expense, and thanked him, saying that he erected a great monument to his father Ali Tuday. He added that as long as the word lives, as long as the book stands, the poet will live and will never be forgotten.

Sayman Azuz Ali, adviser to the chairman of the Azerbaijan Writers' Union, described Tuden as a person of sufficient position and importance, a thinker of the entire Azerbaijan, and emphasized that the greatness of the poet lies in his ideology. He said that Ali Tude's creativity was always kept in mind and that a medal was established by the Union of Writers on the occasion of his 100th anniversary.

Esmira Fuad Ali, the leading researcher of the Nizami Institute of Literature of ANAS, doctor of philology, spoke in detail about the creation of the Tabriz Philharmonic, the gathering of talented people from South Azerbaijan around the philharmonic, and the writing and creation of works that cannot fit into a lifetime.

Balash Azeroglu's son Etibar Azeroglu, Ali Tude's friend Mammadali Huseyni, senior researcher of the Fuzuli Institute of Manuscripts, Sona Khayal, chairman of the Heritage Commission of Azerbaijan Writers' Union, Sadaqat Jahani, daughter of Gasim Jahani, poet-publicist Fakhraddin Meydanli and others spoke about Ali Tude's life and work and shared their memories.

Poems of the poet were played during the event.

There was also a presentation of the electronic database "Ali Tude-100" dedicated to the outstanding Azerbaijani poet Ali Tude prepared by the staff of the National Library.

At the end of the anniversary event, Natiq Javadzade, the son of Ali Tuden, director of the National Library, prof. Karim Tahirova thanked the library staff and guests.
