On June 7, Ufuk Turganer, the Baku representative of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Ceyhan Özyıldız, director of the Culture Center, and writer Serkan Soyalan visited the National Library.

During the meeting, the guests were informed about the National Library. It was reported that the National Library, which has more than 5 million funds, exchanges books with about 80 countries and has signed memorandums with about 50 countries.

It was noted that this meeting will play a major role in the expansion of relations between the National Library of Azerbaijan and the Northern Cyprus Library and will create a basis for signing a memorandum of cooperation.

Later, the guests got to know the National Library and the library fund, and took a commemorative photo in the "Heydar Aliyev Corner", "Hall of International Cooperation", "Rare Books and Library Museum", and "Open Library" sections.

At the end of the meeting, the guests were presented with books about the National Library and Azerbaijani carpets, as well as other books. The guests presented books about Cyprus to the National Library.
