On February 9, the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the National Library Javid House Museum and Huseyn hosted an event dedicated to the 140th anniversary of the birth of the Azerbaijani poet and playwright Huseyn Javid, as well as the presentation of the books "Huseyn Javid: Bibliography" and "Huseyn Javid: Bibliographical Presentation" at the National Library on February 9. there was a ceremony.

During the event, the speakers accepted the literature that at the beginning of the 20th century, Jalil Mammadguluzade laid the foundations of "Molla Nasreddin" literary school, Mirza Alakbar Sabir satirical poetry school, Huseyn Javid as the founder of romantic poetry, verse romantic drama and finally romanticism literary trend. In this sense, Huseyn Javid's versatile and creative work makes a new and important speech in the centuries-old history of Azerbaijani literature. In Azerbaijani literature, it is associated with the name of Huseyn Javid.

During the presentation, the speakers talked about the materials "Huseyn Javid: Library" and "Huseyn Javid: bibliographic information" prepared on the occasion of the 140th anniversary of Huseyn Javid's (1882-1941) birth, both bibliographic resources are a great contribution to Huseyn Javid's creativity. Based on these bibliographies, they do not repeat each other, they complement each other.

At the end of the event, the guests got acquainted with the extensive book publication "Symbol of eternity of our literature - Huseyn Javid" and the electronic database "Azerbaijani literature words and thoughts - Huseyn Javid" published by the National Library. It should be noted that the database is presented to users in three languages (Azerbaijani, Russian, English).
