The delegation of Azerbaijan, which participated in the "CENTRAL ASIA 2023" cultural forum held in Bukhara, Uzbekistan, took part in the opening ceremony of the 19th Kitchen Festival organized in Tashkent today. The Heydar Aliyev Azerbaijan Cultural Center under the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Republic of Uzbekistan participates in this annual festival with a wide exposition promoting the rich cuisine of our country. Here, our guests are offered shaplov, dolma, kuku, baklava, shakerbura and other dishes from Azerbaijani cuisine. At the same time, Azerbaijani tea, our national costumes, musical instruments, kalagayis, kirabs about Azerbaijan and our national cuisine are shown to the guests.
