The 37th CENL annual meeting, hosted by the National Library of France, continued its work on June 20. The Report of 2022 EKN Grant Holders was heard at the meeting. In the continuation of the event, Renaldas Gudauskas, Director of the National Library of Lithuania, spoke on "Early Reading Forum", Head of Department of the National Library of Bulgaria, "National Libraries as Information Infrastructures", Jose Luis Bueren Gomez-Acebo from the National Library of Spain spoke on "New Legal Deposit Law in Spain".

Also at the meeting, Sally Chambers, Clarin Dariah spoke about the idea of ​​the CENL Dialogue Forum and made a presentation.

Then National Libraries and sustainability, emergency planning, preservation and digitization, user services were discussed, and the meeting continued with discussions.
