On December 26, 2022, a group of specialists under the leadership of Adiba Ismayilova, deputy director of the Azerbaijan National Library for Scientific Affairs and Library and Information Service, doctor of philosophy in history, in connection with the application of the Automated Library Management System to the libraries included in the network of the Ministry of Culture, Republic of Turkey Culture and Tourism They visited Ankara in order to learn the experience of the Ministry's libraries and participate in relevant trainings.

 In the trainings held at the National Library of Turkey, trainings were held on both organizational work and the experience of applying the automation program in public libraries, and there was an on-the-spot introduction to the work done by individual libraries in this direction. At the same time, there were discussions about the Koha Automated Library Management System and the advantages of the system were discussed.

On December 26-29, practical exercises and trainings were held for experts of the National Library of Azerbaijan regarding the Koha Library Automation System at the National Library of Turkey. At the same time, employees of the National Library of Azerbaijan visited the National Library of Turkey, Millet Library, Gazi University Library and other libraries during their mission, and got to know the working processes.
