On December 30, an event was held in the National Library in connection with December 31 - Day of Solidarity of World Azerbaijanis. The ceremony talked about the importance of this day in the history of Azerbaijan, the role of Great Leader Heydar Aliyev in strengthening the unity of Azerbaijanis of the world, the fact that our people always show unity regardless of where they live, the importance of our solidarity in bringing our right voice to the world, the ideology of Azerbaijaniism, the successes of our country, and the activities of diasporas.

At the event, it was brought to attention that within the framework of 2023 - "Year of Heydar Aliyev", the National Library of Azerbaijan will hold events glorifying the fundamental principles of the independent state of Azerbaijan, recognition of the great leader Heydar Aliyev in the world, and his commitment to the ideology of Azerbaijaniism, both in our republic and abroad. It was emphasized at the ceremony that one of the main tasks ahead is the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the National Library.

Within the framework of the event, a large book exhibition called "December 31 - Solidarity Day of World Azerbaijanis" was opened. At the end, the event participants got acquainted with the exhibition.
