On December 24, Hulya Dirijan, the Head of the Technical Services Department of the Directorate of Libraries and Publications under the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkiye, along with department employees Farhad Ozturk and Ismail Karaja, visited the sections and work processes of the National Library.

The section dedicated to the National Leader Heydar Aliyev, the Children's Section and the Children's Recreation Area, the "Open Library" – the Free Reading Area, the Rare Books and Library Museum section, which houses ancient and rare books, a miniature book collection, and exhibits, attracted the special attention of the guests.

The visitors, who also toured the Reading Rooms, were provided with detailed information about sound recordings, sheet music, and the rich music literature preserved in the Sheet Music and Sound Recordings Department. They also visited the permanent section of Turkey in the International Cooperation Hall. Additionally, they showed interest in the work of the Collections and Information Resources Protection Department and the organization and use of the Electronic Dissertation Fund.
