Staff of the National Library participated in the exhibition dedicated to the 90^th anniversary of the world-renowned painter Tahir Salahov in Baku Expo Center, on December 18, 2018. The exhibition features still-life, portrait and landscape paintings reflecting both national and secular coloring and covering all periods of the creativity of the National artist.

People’s painter of Azerbaijan and the USSR, Hero of Socialist Labor and State Prizes Laureate Tahir Salahov’s works, which reflect the national architectural monuments, remarkable people, art figures, laborers, as well as nature paintings in a unique way with specific originality, caused great interest of the participants.

The staff of the National Library got closely acquainted with the exhibition and was taken a photo in the end.
