In connection with the commemoration day of the Azerbaijan’s national leader Heydar Aliyev, there was held an exhibition of books related with the lifetime of the great leader,  and a  short film about Heydar Aliyev was demonstrated at the National Library, on December 9.

The event began with the demonstration of a short film titled “Heydar Aliyev is the patron of our culture”.

Opening the event director of the National Library professor Karim Tahirov took a look at the way of life of the national leader, and talked about the endless services of the great leader in protecting the independence of Azerbaijan and promoting Azerbaijan in the world.

The event ended with a view to the book exhibition reflecting the life of the national leader.
