Mahammad Hadi, one of the XX century Azerbaijani classics and one of the original figures of world romanticism, takes a glorious place in the history of our literature. He substantiated the ideological and aesthetic principles of national romanticism in his rich artistic experience and literary critical works.

Hadi deeply mastered Turkic, Eastern and European literature and philosophy, and reflected all these influences in his poems. His poems reflect the national human crisis, the problem of national existence.

The staff of the Azerbaijan National Library named after M.F.Akhundov has prepared a virtual exhibition named “Mahammad Hadi”. The virtual exhibition contains the poet’s books, as well as other materials, articles and photos about the life and work of the poet.
