On June 29, in our territories freed from Armenian occupation as a result of the 44-day war by the victorious Azerbaijani army under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Commander-in-Chief Mr. Ilham Aliyev, The Institute of Economics of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences joined the book collection campaign jointly conducted by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the National Library in connection with the restoration of the book collections of the libraries that operated until the beginning of the 90s.

Shafaq Islamova, head of the library of the Institute of Economics of ANAS, doctor of philosophy in history, noted that the "Book collection campaign for the fund of libraries in regions liberated from occupation" jointly organized by the Ministry of Culture and the National Library is an important step towards the restoration of destroyed libraries and donated 396 copies of the book to the fund of libraries in the regions liberated from the occupation.
